MN Severe Storms Conferece Operations Grant – 2015

We made a major announcement at the 2013 Minnesota Skywarn Workshop! Thanks to your continued support, the Minnesota Severe Storms Conference is now awarding grants for Skywarn Operations in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. These grants will help to further communications between Skywarn groups and the National Weather Service.

Budgets are tight, but the equipment for the life-saving work of storm spotters isn’t free, or even cheap. The Minnesota Skywarn Workshop Operations Grant will help fund necessary Skywarn equipment to help continue to build out one of the top Skywarn operational regions in the country.

Please see the files below for information and application materials. Please note that grant applications were due February 28, 2015!
